Terms of Service

1. Overview

Runix ("we", "us", "the platform") operates an RSPS toplist and advertising platform. By using our services, creating an account, or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Server Listings

Free server listings are available to all registered users at no cost. Paid listing upgrades (Hero, Prime, Discovery) provide enhanced visibility and placement on the toplist. Listing upgrades do not guarantee a specific number of votes, players, or conversions.

3. Ad Slot Placements

Ad slots are standalone advertising placements across the Runix website. They are separate from server listing products. When you purchase an ad slot, you upload your own creative (image and click-through URL). Runix reserves the right to reject or remove ad creatives that violate our content guidelines.

4. Payments & Pricing

All payments are processed through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR or USD as indicated at checkout. Taxes may apply depending on your jurisdiction. Runix reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time; existing active purchases are not affected by price changes.

5. Refund Policy

• One-time purchases (listing upgrades and ad slots) — no refunds are issued under any circumstances. Once a payment has been processed, the purchase is final. If you choose to remove your listing upgrade or ad placement early, the remaining time is forfeited.
• Subscriptions (monthly auto-renewing) — you may cancel at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your listing upgrade or ad placement remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time in the current period.
• Late cancellations — if a subscription renewal payment has already been processed, the charge is non-refundable. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date. Runix is not liable for missed cancellation deadlines.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel active subscriptions from your dashboard under Your ads or by contacting us on Discord. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Your ad or listing upgrade will remain active until that date.

For one-time purchases, you may choose to remove your ad or listing early from the dashboard. This is immediate and irreversible — the remaining duration is not refunded or transferred.

7. Content Guidelines

All server listings, ad creatives, and user-submitted content must comply with our content guidelines. Runix reserves the right to remove, modify, or reject any content that is misleading, offensive, contains malware, promotes illegal activity, or violates intellectual property rights. Removal of content for policy violations does not entitle the user to a refund.

8. Account Termination

Runix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse platform features. In the event of account termination for violations, no refunds will be issued for active purchases.

9. Limitation of Liability

Runix is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific traffic volumes, or conversion rates. Runix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Significant changes will be announced on our Discord server.
